Responsibilities
- Facilitate the distribution of debt and equity securities, and identify potential investors or buyers on MA mandates.
- Draft memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials for sale assignments.
- Manage key transaction workstreams, including direct liaison with key client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in numerical disciplines such as Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields from a reputable institution.
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ICON, ACCA, ACA, LIMA, CISA, FRM, CFA, CFP are required.
- Over 8 years of post-NYSC work experience in finance or business, particularly in quantitative roles.
Salary
N400,000 - N1,000,000 / month
