The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) is offering scholarships for foreign citizens residing outside Italy and Italian citizens living abroad (IRE)* for the academic year 2023-2024.
These scholarships aim to support international cultural, scientific, and technological cooperation, promote Italian language and culture, and bolster Italy’s economic presence globally.
What the Scholarship Covers:

Tuition Fees: Recipients may be excused from paying enrollment and tuition fees based on the policy of each University. However, the exemption does not apply to courses in Italian language and culture.

Health and Medical Insurance: Grantees will benefit from health and medical/accident insurance provided by MAECI for the entire duration of the grant.

Financial Grant: Grantees will receive a monthly stipend of 900 Euros, distributed every quarter, deposited into their Italian bank account.
