Job Description
As an Architect at Pentfield SWL, you will lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction. You will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations, as well as supervising finishing works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise projects on-site from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building usage, and environmental impact.
- Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections.
- Make on-site visits to check project status and report on progress.
- Cooperate and liaise with engineers on-site.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Compile project specifications.
- Adhere to budgets and timelines.
- Ensure all works comply with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc Degrees in Architecture with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to provide quality visualization and presentation.
- Proficiency in supervising finishing works.
- Solid knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Capability to provide workshop drawings for both residential and commercial designs.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
