Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Optimize call routes to maximize field time and efficiency.
- Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs.
- Educate customers on Crawford's value-added offerings.
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls to expand customer base.
- Build long-term, productive relationships with customers.
- Promote Crawford's brand within the local community.
- Remain accessible and responsive to customers' real-time needs.
- Execute local marketing activities to enhance presence and drive sales.
Qualifications

Specific Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
- Preferred: 2+ years of industry-related sales experience.
