Job Title: Wealth Manager
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build and lead the wealth management team, creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's evolving business objectives.
- Sales Expansion: Develop and expand new sales channels to drive growth and maintain a robust client base.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Attract and retain high-net-worth clients, offering tailored investment products and strategies to help achieve the company's financial goals.
- Training and Development: Oversee the training, development, and performance of the wealth management team, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling financial products (such as bank deposits, funds, insurance, etc.).
- Industry Experience: Preference for candidates with a background in banking, wealth management institutions, or internet finance.
- Skills and Qualities:
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively and independently, applying entrepreneurial thinking to achieve team goals.
- Management Expertise: Proven experience in employee relations, coaching, and business acumen.
- Client Relations: Demonstrated success in leading teams to attract and sell investment products to high-net-worth clients, with excellent skills in client development and maintenance.
Compensation
- Salary: N450,000 - 600,000 monthly, with additional commission opportunities.
