Educational Qualifications:
- West African School Certificate/GCE "O" Level or Senior Secondary School Certificate (NECO) with five credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- For the One-Year Programme: Community Health Extension Worker qualification or a First Degree/HND in related fields with CHPRBN registration and practicing license.
- For the Two-Year Programme: Diploma in Community Health or CHW Certificate with 5 years' experience, along with CHPRBN registration and practicing license.
Selection Process: Admission is competitive, based on performance in a written test and oral interview scheduled for 8th-9th July 2024. Original certificates and practicing licenses are mandatory.

- Application Fee: N10,000 payable via REMITA platform to OAUTHC School Account.
- Completed forms, endorsed by sponsors with relevant credentials, should be submitted to the School of Community Health by 28th June 2024.
