• Postgraduate Diploma: A Postgraduate Diploma with a CGPA of no less than 3.50 may be considered.

MPhil/PhD Programmes

Applicants for MPhil/PhD programmes should fulfill these requirements:

• Five Credit Passes: Credits in English Language and Mathematics at O’Level in a maximum of two sittings.
• First Degree: A First Degree in a relevant field with at least a Second Class (Lower Division).
• Academic Master’s Degree: An Academic Master’s Degree from KASU or another recognized institution, even if the CGPA is below the requirements for a full PhD.

Doctorate Degree Programmes

Candidates seeking admission to Doctorate Degree programmes must meet the following criteria:

• Five Credit Passes: Must have credits in English Language and Mathematics at O’Level in a maximum of two sittings.
• First Degree: A First Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division).
• Academic Master’s Degree: An Academic Master’s Degree from KASU or a recognized institution with a CGPA of 4.00 in Sciences and 3.50 for other fields.
• Research Proposal: Prepare a tentative research proposal between 1000 and 1500 words to be uploaded during application.
