Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Mushin - Ladipo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to manage relationships with our key clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, understanding their requirements, and ensuring satisfaction to help drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and prevent them from turning to competitors.
  • Manage and expand the company’s presence in National and Local Key Accounts as well as the Hawker Channel.
  • Play a pivotal role in securing new sales and turning them into lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance trade activities and position our brands as market leaders.
  • Build strategic and profitable relationships with supermarkets and other modern trade outlets across Nigeria.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining trust and satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, with expertise in managing supermarkets and shopping mall accounts.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • B.Sc./BA in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with professionals at all organizational levels.

Salary

Competitive salary range of ?250,000 to ?500,000, depending on experience.
