KWARAPOLY HND Admission Requirements:
To qualify for admission into the HND programs, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the relevant field and five relevant O/L credit passes obtained from WASC, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB, with no more than two sittings. These credit passes must include English Language and Mathematics.
- Submission of evidence indicating one year of post-National Diploma (ND) cognate experience, typically acquired through industrial training.
- Applicants with a Pass Grade in the National Diploma (ND) must have a minimum of two years of post-National Diploma industrial experience.
- Candidates applying for Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology (Post-Harvest Technology option) must have attained at least a Lower Credit grade in the National Diploma (ND) program in any of the following fields:
- Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology
- Agricultural Technology
- Food Science and Technology
- Agricultural Engineering Technology
- Applicants for Metallurgical Engineering Technology are required to hold a National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering Technology exclusively.
- Candidates applying for Mining Engineering Technology must hold a National Diploma in Mineral Resources or Mining Engineering Technology exclusively.
- Holders of ND in Computer Engineering are ineligible for admission into HND Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology and HND Computer Science Programs.
- Applicants will not be admitted into HND programs different from those pursued during their ND programs.
- Holders of ND in Mass Communication are not eligible for admission into HND Public Administration.
- It is compulsory for HND full-time applicants to provide their JAMB registration numbers used for their ND programs. Only applicants with JAMB registration numbers will be considered for admission
