• Departmental and College Consideration of Results: Monday, 9th to Friday, 20th June 2025
• Senate Meeting to Consider Second Semester Results: Tuesday, 24th June 2025
• Vacation: Wednesday, 26th June to Friday, 12th September 2025
• Commencement of New Session (2025/2026): Monday, 15th September 2025

Important Highlights

1. Each semester consists of 12 weeks of lectures.
2. A one-week revision period precedes a two-week examination period.
3. Results processing and marking occur over a 2–3 week period after each semester.
4. Matriculation is scheduled for 8th January 2025 but may be subject to change.
5. The SIWES program for 300-level students runs for 12 weeks, from mid-June to early September 2025.
6. Following the second-semester exams, students will have a short break before the SIWES period, ensuring a well-structured transition into industrial experience.
7. A long vacation is planned from late June to mid-September 2025 for most students.
