Important Dates and Details
Candidates of Lagos State origin who chose LASU as their first choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and scored a minimum of 195 are eligible. Registration for the Indigeneship Verification Exercise starts on Monday, 1st July 2024, and ends on Thursday, 1st August 2024.

Important Notes
- The Indigeneship Verification Exercise does not guarantee admission into LASU.
- Only candidates of Lagos State origin are eligible for screening and must be cleared by the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC) before being considered for admission.

Candidates must make payment to the Lagos State University account online through the LASU IIVC portal.

- Old Applicants: Those from the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 sessions who have not been offered admission must revalidate their Indigeneship Clearance Certificates online at the LASU website with payment.
- Direct Entry Applicants: Direct entry candidates of Lagos State origin must participate in this exercise to be considered for admission.
