Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Job Description
As a Loan Recovery Officer at Double Diamond Peal Global Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding loans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and attending to customer loan requests promptly and efficiently.
- Monitoring and following up on overdue loan payments through effective communication via calls and emails.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of loan transactions and customer interactions.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum of OND with certificate.
- Age: Between 22 and 28 years.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
