We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team for the following position:

Job Title: Store & Logistics Officer

Location: Kogi, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all plant-related storekeeping and logistics activities.
  • Collaborate with the PCM and logistic team on spare parts ordering, shipments, and accurate deliveries to meet maintenance schedule requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records in relevant systems.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store or warehouse area according to safety guidelines and 5S practices.
  • Supervise and mentor colleagues in daily work tasks.
  • Maintain inventory and records of all tools on-site.
  • Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and reconcile with purchase orders and invoices.
  • Sort, label, and store goods efficiently to optimize warehouse space.
  • Pick, deliver, pack, label, and dispatch outgoing goods with proper documentation.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools, keeping records as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on quality, delivery, safety, and methods enhancement.
  • Plan and schedule logistic movements for the plant as directed by the Plant Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of similar experience, preferably in the power plant industry.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
