Position: LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking LPNs to provide expert care for high acuity infants and pediatric clients who are trach and vent dependent. Join our Home Intensive Care Unit (HICU™) Health Service team and receive specialized training to excel in delivering hospital-level care within a home setting.
At BAYADA, you'll have the opportunity to care for individuals across all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced treatments like tracheostomy and ventilator management. We offer comprehensive paid training to prepare you for the unique challenges and rewards of home health care, prioritizing your skill development, confidence, and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
- Execute electronic charting using AlayaCare to ensure accurate documentation.
- Benefit from in-depth paid training and shadowing in our award-winning simulation labs.
- Enjoy short commute times as we match you with cases near your residence.
- Receive around-the-clock clinical support via phone.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Available Shifts
- Choose from 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts.
- PRN (as-needed), part-time, or full-time schedules available.
