Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, your role will include:

Productivity:
- Operate equipment per Unilever’s SOP at optimal speed.
- Monitor machine output and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain accurate performance records.
- Report equipment abnormalities to the supervisor and technical team to ensure reliability and achieve target OEE.
- Perform machine changeovers safely within the designated time.

Cleaning:
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work environment.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure products and processes meet quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments.
- Understand and apply food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaboration:
- Work with technical teams, engineers, and supervisors to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Training:
- Stay updated on technical knowledge and undergo training to enhance skills.

Autonomous Maintenance:
- Implement CLIT as per the checklist and tag abnormalities.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Data Management:
- Collect, record, and report data related to equipment operation and performance.
Requirements
- OND in Science/Engineering-related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nutrition factory.
- Good attendance record and commitment to teamwork.
- Flexibility for shift work and factory requirements.
- Experience with multiple machine technologies (e.g., RC, Theegarten, Ilapak).
