Job Summary
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies to optimize production lines. This role involves driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring the safety and quality of production while minimizing environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor the execution of the maintenance strategy.
- Participate in the annual overhaul planning and scheduling of production lines.
- Schedule routine maintenance and monitor its execution (using SAP when necessary).
- Conduct root cause analysis on production breakdowns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions using available data.
- Improve efficiencies by enhancing preventative maintenance and reducing breakdowns.
- Ensure optimal management of spare parts and maintenance materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.) or HND.
- Good understanding of WC manufacturing methodologies and HQSE standards.
- Experience with GMP and GHK (5S) standards.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in bottling operations as a maintenance planner or technician.
- Experience with new equipment or line installation/extension is a plus.
