The Manager, HR Shared Services will lead a team dedicated to executing Healthfirst's strategic HR vision and supporting all employees and HR colleagues. The role involves providing SME knowledge, identifying process improvements, and enhancing employee experience across HR programs. This position requires leadership, coaching, and collaboration across HR and other key stakeholders.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Act as a key stakeholder in company-wide programs and analyze data to provide business insights.
- Manage HRSS knowledge base content and develop reference tools, providing training for accurate inquiry responses.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports, offering training, coaching, and development.
- Recommend process refinements to improve efficiency and employee experience in collaboration with COEs.
- Use data to identify and prioritize process improvements.
- Support annual processes like Open Enrollment and Performance Management, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication.
- Partner across HR to continuously enhance the employee experience.
- Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement through innovative practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
- Experience managing complex issues and interpreting policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated process improvement and change management skills.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience with Workday.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Hiring Range
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $100,900 - $145,775
- All Other Locations: $86,500 - $128,690
