Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Club Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and be adept at building strong, professional relationships with clients. You will play a key role in driving the success of our club, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Set and achieve goals aimed at improving business performance and increasing monthly sign-ups.
- Staff Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new and existing staff. Provide mentorship and coaching to ensure a high level of service.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Feedback and Improvement: Encourage and act upon feedback to continually improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Marketing and Revenue: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patrons and increase revenue. Explore and workshop innovative ways to enhance club offerings.
- Team Building: Organize team-building activities to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Client Loyalty: Cultivate client loyalty through exceptional service and personalized experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field are preferred.
Salary
?80,000 - ?120,000 Monthly
