Job Summary
Ardova Plc is recruiting a Manager, Tax & Insurance to oversee the company's tax and insurance functions. The role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with tax regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and managing insurance risks to support the company’s financial growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate tax audits and investigations from Federal and State authorities.
- Optimize tax liabilities using informed application of tax laws.
- Review contracts and transactions for effective tax planning.
- Manage tax provision reporting and advise on tax disclosures for annual financial statements.
- Analyze tax implications for business decisions and propose tax-efficient strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Review inter-company transactions for transfer pricing compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant professional certification required.
- At least 7-8 years of relevant experience, with 4 years in tax and insurance management.
- Oil and Gas industry knowledge and expertise in regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and risk management skills.
