Job Summary:

As a Marine Engineer at Pinnacle Oil and Gas Company Limited, you will play a vital role in maintaining the seaworthiness of our tugboats to facilitate tanker berthing at SPM/CBM. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our marine fleet.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and engineering support to marine vessels, ensuring seamless operations.
• Conduct engineering analysis and document the condition of vessels to facilitate effective maintenance.
• Manage vessel machinery performance and optimize efficiency.
• Oversee repair, modification, and overhaul activities on vessels, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and develop SOPs for vessel operations and safety.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for engineering projects.
• Conduct inspections to ensure vessels adhere to safety regulations.

Required Knowledge:

• Thorough understanding of vessel operations and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in marine vessel design, propulsion, and systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marine Engineer.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on marine vessels.
• Familiarity with marine oil pollution prevention and safety regulations.

Quality / Skill Required:

• Comfortable working at sea, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
