We are recruiting for the position of Marketing Manager:

Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of diverse student populations, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that highlight the school's competitive advantages and set clear objectives to achieve marketing goals.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the school's brand identity and reputation, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Student Recruitment and Enrollment: Design and execute recruitment campaigns, organize events, and engage with potential applicants to attract and enroll a diverse student body.
- Digital and Traditional Marketing Management: Manage digital platforms, including the school's website, social media, and email marketing campaigns, as well as traditional advertising and media buying.
- Analytics and Performance Measurement: Use data analytics tools to track and evaluate marketing performance, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Website Management: Oversee website features, content, SEO, and performance.
- Revenue Planning and Execution: Plan, budget, execute, and monitor annual revenue goals.
- Social Media Management: Handle social media content, engagement, and crisis management.
- Product Development and Marketing Materials Production: Develop content for new programs and improve existing materials, including brochures and marketing collateral.
- Marketing Agencies Management: Oversee agency processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.
- Lead Acquisition: Plan and manage lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- First Degree, M.Sc. or MBA in Marketing.
- Professional membership with CIM, NIMN, or ARCON is advantageous.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing – SEO, SEM, BTL, ATL, Web Analytics, PPC, CMS, WordPress, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, etc.
- Strong leadership skills, business financial acumen, creativity, and adaptability.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the educational and training industry.
- Proficiency in CRM, analytical tools, competitive research, and numerical analysis.
