Job Description
As the Marketing Supervisor at Divitiae Limited, you will spearhead the strategic and operational management of our marketing initiatives. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily marketing activities, collaborating closely with sales and production teams, and leading a dynamic marketing team. You will work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and promotional materials while ensuring effective brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Develop promotional programs, coordinate product launches, and organize promotional events.
- Public Relations: Manage relationships with press, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage customers effectively, gather insights, and evaluate marketing performance.
- Brand Management: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Budget Management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget effectively and providing regular reports on ROI.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive online traffic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the FMCG industry, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and B2B/B2C marketing are preferred.
Skills
