Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily fieldwork, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and best practices.

Manage tracking, reporting, and reviewing of general tools, specialized tools, and lifting gear on a weekly and monthly basis.

Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely servicing of maintenance equipment.

Oversee the proper handling and usage of specialized tools on-site.

Ensure all tools and equipment are certified, keeping track of certification expiration dates to maintain compliance.

Maintain and update equipment forecasting and tracking records in Excel.

Monitor rental equipment orders and track their usage from delivery to off-rent.

Assess equipment suitability and recommend alternatives for optimal application.

Assist in policy updates and drafting new guidelines for equipment and tool usage on-site.
Qualifications & Experience

A degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience in maintenance operations supervision and coordination.

Strong background in storekeeping and inventory management.

Knowledge of cost-effective maintenance strategies.

Ability to manage asset conservation and equipment lifecycle.
