KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against tuberculosis (TB), still the deadliest infectious disease in the world. As an international center of expertise for TB control, we promote effective, efficient, innovative, and sustainable TB control strategies in both national and international contexts. Our organization is composed of passionate TB professionals, including doctors, researchers, training experts, nurses, and epidemiologists. Our mission is to halt the spread of TB worldwide and prevent the further spread of drug-resistant TB.

Job Title: M&E Associate
Location: Kastina
Employment Type: Contract
Purpose of Job
The main responsibility of the M&E Associate is to support the M&E Department. The associate will also perform selected administrative and clerical duties at the state level. Reporting hierarchically to and working under the daily supervision of the Senior Program Officer, the M&E Associate's responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the timely and complete reporting of project results.
- Adapt and implement tools and techniques to improve data quality and usage.
- Contribute to the rigorous monitoring and evaluation system to track all activities and outputs.
- Monitor and evaluate progress towards annual work plans and expected outputs, including selecting and monitoring progress in meeting indicators.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge management activities.
- Participate in data entry, collection, compilation, and reporting according to the TB M&E plan.
- Manage data for rapid assessments, situational analysis, surveys, evaluations, and other research as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in M&E within public health projects.
- Experience in TB/HIV, Community TB, and MDR TB with extensive field experience in Nigeria.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a team, dynamic, solid, and open.
- Flexibility with absolute integrity, organizational awareness, and cultural understanding.
- High sense of integrity and transparency.
- Ability to manage official information confidentially.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and computer usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and a good listener.
- High accuracy in work and ability to analyze complex relationships and situations.
- Excellent written and verbal English language ability.
