Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to manage and oversee the maintenance and operation of the Vertical Raw Mill (VRM) systems in our cement plants. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in mechanical maintenance, particularly within the cement production industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular and preventive maintenance on the Vertical Raw Mill (VRM) and its associated components, including the mill body, rollers, hydraulic systems, drives, and gearboxes.
- Monitor VRM performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure continuous operation of the cement production line.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a cement manufacturing plant or a similar industrial environment.
