Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Media Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact media strategies for top-tier clients. This role requires end-to-end campaign management, close collaboration with creative teams, and coordination with media vendors to ensure seamless execution of OOH campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven media strategies to optimize OOH campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.

  • Negotiate media buys and placements to maximize reach and cost efficiency.

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-backed recommendations for improvement.

  • Build strong relationships with media vendors to secure prime placements and competitive pricing.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging media platforms, and new advertising opportunities.

  • Analyze demographic and psychographic data to determine the most effective OOH channels for audience engagement.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive media strategy reports to clients and internal teams.

  • Work cross-functionally to align OOH plans with client goals and ensure smooth execution.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in media planning, preferably in an advertising agency.

  • Proven experience in planning various OOH formats across diverse client categories.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in media planning tools, analytics, and reporting software.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new challenges and opportunities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:

    • Excel (Intermediate-Advanced level)

    • PowerPoint (Strong presentation skills)

Remuneration

N250,000 - N300,000 per month
