The Medical Advisor at Novartis Taiwan plays a pivotal role in executing Medical Affairs plans for the [Therapy Area]. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to medical inquiries, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Contribute scientific insights to clinical trial activities and oversee studies within the designated therapeutic area.
- Support Non-Interventional Studies and Investigator Initiated Trials as per country strategy.
- Coordinate the review and approval of medical and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with local guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide medical insights to various teams including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Report technical complaints, adverse events, and manage marketing sample distribution processes.
Key Performance Indicators
- Adherence to Ethics & Compliance policies.
- Achievement of annual targets for medical activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience in collaborating across boundaries, operations management, and project management.
- Skills in clinical research, clinical trials, drug development, hazard identification, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in English.
