Medical Advisor at NOVARTIS

The Medical Advisor at Novartis Taiwan plays a pivotal role in executing Medical Affairs plans for the [Therapy Area]. Responsibilities include providing scientific expertise, overseeing clinical studies, and fostering educational dialogues with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and regulatory stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and accurately to medical inquiries, ensuring compliance with standards.
Contribute scientific insights to clinical trial activities and oversee studies within the designated therapeutic area.
Support Non-Interventional Studies and Investigator Initiated Trials as per country strategy.
Coordinate the review and approval of medical and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with local guidelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide medical insights to various teams including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Report technical complaints, adverse events, and manage marketing sample distribution processes.

Key Performance Indicators

Adherence to Ethics & Compliance policies.
Achievement of annual targets for medical activities.

Minimum Requirements

Work Experience in collaborating across boundaries, operations management, and project management.
Skills in clinical research, clinical trials, drug development, hazard identification, and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in English.
