We are currently seeking a Medical Record Officer to join our team:
Job Title: Medical Record Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage accurate medical records for patients, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Assist healthcare providers in retrieving patient information and preparing reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and entry of patient data into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient patient care and record-keeping processes.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to medical records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-NYSC work experience as a Medical Record Officer.
- Strong patient-friendly demeanor with excellent client-care etiquette.
- Residency in Lagos is required.
- Proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of confidence, articulation, and attention to detail.
Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly
