Admission Requirements:

• Postgraduate Diploma: Applicants must hold a Third-Class Degree from MAU Yola or any recognized university in relevant disciplines. Alternatively, applicants with a Higher National Diploma (HND) and other recognized professional qualifications may also apply. Special cases may require passing departmental exams.

• Master’s Degree: Candidates need a Second Class Honours degree or equivalent from MAU Yola or other recognized institutions. Applicants with a Third-Class Honours degree or HND may also be considered if they meet certain criteria, including relevant Postgraduate Diploma or passing qualifying examinations.

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD): Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree from MAU Yola or equivalent qualifications from recognized universities. A GPA of 3.50 or above is required.

General Admission Requirements:

• Candidates must have passed at least five relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, at Credit level.
• Some departments may require candidates to sit for and pass a qualifying examination.

Duration of Programs:

• Postgraduate Diploma: 2 semesters (12 calendar months)
• Master’s Degree: 3 to 6 semesters (18 to 36 calendar months)
• PhD: 6 to 10 semesters (36 to 60 calendar months)
