About the Role:
As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in our efforts to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in Nigeria. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading AMR surveillance and data collection efforts.
- Developing and implementing the project's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) plan.
- Promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making within the project.
- Ensuring data quality and facilitating capacity-building activities.
- Reporting project progress and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Master's Degree and at least 7 years of experience in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in DHIS2 and other relevant data platforms.
- Prior experience in MEL and project implementation related to AMR or similar health issues.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
