The Mountain Top University (MTU) has announced the requirements for certificate collection. If you’re a graduate, follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Required Documents:

  • Original Notification of Result
  • MTU Identity Card
  • Evidence of Convocation Fee Payment

Important Notes:

  • No Proxy Collection: Only the graduate can collect the certificate.
  • Dress Code: Graduates must be well-dressed.
  • Lost Documents: If you've lost your MTU ID card or Notification of Result, provide a police report and an affidavit stating the lost items are needed to release the original degree certificate.

Collection Time:

  • Hours: 12 pm to 4 pm
  • Days: Monday to Friday
