Required Documents:
- Original Notification of Result
- MTU Identity Card
- Evidence of Convocation Fee Payment
Important Notes:
- No Proxy Collection: Only the graduate can collect the certificate.
- Dress Code: Graduates must be well-dressed.
- Lost Documents: If you've lost your MTU ID card or Notification of Result, provide a police report and an affidavit stating the lost items are needed to release the original degree certificate.
Collection Time:
- Hours: 12 pm to 4 pm
- Days: Monday to Friday
