Eligibility for NSUK Post UTME Screening
To qualify for the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following criteria:
UTME and Direct Entry Requirements
- UTME Participation: Candidates must have participated in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or apply through Direct Entry (DE).
- Score Requirements:
- At least 200 marks for Law.
- At least 180 marks for Community Health, Health Information Management, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Electrical Electronics Engineering.
- At least 170 marks for all other programs.
- Direct Entry Requirements:
- Minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND), Nasarawa State University Diploma, or Merit in Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE), and eight points in IJMB.
- O’Level Requirements: At least five credit passes including English and Mathematics in relevant subjects at no more than two sittings.
- Choice of Institution: NSUK must be the first choice in the 2024 UTME. Candidates who did not select NSUK as their first choice must update their choice to First Choice on the JAMB Portal.
Application Process for NSUK Post UTME Screening

Non-Acceptance of Admission on CAPS
Candidates should regularly check their admission status on their JAMB profile. There is a four-week grace period to accept admission offers. Failure to accept within this timeframe will result in the admission being withdrawn and the candidate being placed under the “refusal to accept” category, which will affect their eligibility for future admissions.
Mandatory Post-UTME Screening
Participation in the Post-UTME Screening is compulsory for all applicants. Candidates who do not attend the screening will not be considered for admission.
