Current Opening: National Key Account Manager - Premium Spirits
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the PS Category vision and long-term strategy in collaboration with the LM and PS Lead Team.
- Communicate this vision and the PS Commercial strategy to the KA department and sales function.
- Train and coach KAMs and the entire KA Sales Team on PS Category priorities.
- Ensure PS integration across all sales and support functions: marketing, finance, warehouse, and distribution.
- Build annual PS business plans and strategies for the top 5 NKA customers aligned with the PS Business Plan.
- Present quarterly progress of the Customer Plan to both external customers and internal directors.
- Partner with PS Trade Marketing Managers to create cost-effective promotional activities supporting PS Sales Volume and Brand Equity.
- Lead the execution of the FSUs Placement Plan in collaboration with the KA and PS Team.
- Manage the Space Rental PS budget in partnership with the PS Trade Marketing Team.
- Oversee PS Forecasting Accuracy and provide numbers for the Demand Planning Routine.
- Represent PS in all QBRs, preparing content for the channel, and lead market visits in alignment with the directors.
- Ensure compliance and in-store execution of CC Hellenic and PS Brand Partner products.
- Build strong relationships with the field sales team and other key functions, ensuring alignment and support.
- Monitor PS-related KPIs for the KA Channel and create routines for pricing and trade activities.

- Excellent knowledge of the PS Category and KA Channel.
- Formal education: BA and MBA in Marketing/Business Administration or Economics preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PS market, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven, analytical, and excellent time management capabilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and coaching team members.
- Experience across different cities/markets, leading complex commercial projects.
