- Signing of Final Clearance: Zonal Inspectors will sign off on the final clearance for eligible Corps members, ensuring all documentation is in order.
- Questionnaire Administration (Form 4B): A questionnaire will be administered to 30% of the passing-out Corps members to gather feedback on their service experience.
3. Thursday, 4th – Monday, 7th October 2024
- Continuation of Final Clearance Signing: Zonal Inspectors will proceed with the final clearance signing for Corps members.
- Ongoing Questionnaire Administration: The questionnaire process will continue, providing valuable insights from selected Corps members.
4. Tuesday, 8th – Wednesday, 9th October 2024
- Completion of Final Clearance Signing: Zonal Inspectors will finalize the signing of clearance forms for all Corps members.
5. Thursday, 10th October 2024
- Distribution of Certificates of National Service: On this day, Corps members who have successfully completed their service year will be awarded their Certificates of National Service at the Local Government level.
