The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has announced the release of the NDA List of Candidates qualified to appear before the Armed Forces Selection Board (AFSB) for the 2024/2025 academic session, 76th Regular Course. This list comprises individuals who have successfully passed the NDA Screening Test held on Saturday, 25th May 2024.
Scheduled from Saturday, 22nd June to Saturday, 3rd August 2024, the interview sessions will take place at the NDA Ribadu Campus (old site), Kaduna. Candidates hailing from various states are divided into two batches, each assigned specific interview dates. Batch 1 candidates will attend interviews from Saturday, 22nd June to Friday, 12th July 2024, while Batch 2 candidates will undergo interviews from Saturday, 13th July to Friday, 3rd August 2024.
The comprehensive list of shortlisted candidates is available on the NDA official website, accessible through www.nda.edu.ng or www.ndaapplications.net. Additionally, candidates must ensure they fulfill the following requirements and bring along the necessary documents for the interview screening:
NDA AFSB Interview Screening Requirements
Candidates are required to bring the original and two photocopies of the following documents:
- JAMB UTME Result Slip 2024.
- Acknowledgement Form and NDA Screening Test Admission Card.
- Academic Certificates / Statements of Result and Testimonials for Primary and Secondary Schools (Junior and Senior).
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age, preferably Birth Certificate.
- Letter of Attestation of State/Local Government Indigeneship duly signed by the SSG or Chairman of Local Government, or a certification obtained from a military officer of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and above, indicating their formation/unit, appointment, contact address, phone numbers, and email address.
- Letter of Consent from Parent/Guardian.
- Attestation and Letter of Consent Forms downloaded from the NDA applications portal/NDA website and completed.
- Candidates failing to produce these documents will face disqualification. Any alterations on the documents will lead to outright disqualification.
Other Requirements
In addition to the aforementioned documents, candidates are also required to bring:
- Writing materials.
- Three blue shorts and 3 white (round-neck) T-shirts.
- A pair of white canvas shoes and 3 pairs of white socks.
- Toiletries.
- Non-refundable fee of N2,500.00 each for verification/confirmation of results at WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NBAIS and JAMB.
- Scratch cards for WAEC and/or NECO results for online confirmation of result.
- Four recent colored passport photographs.
- The second copy of Postcard Photograph that was presented and endorsed at the Exam Centre during the NDA Screening Test.
- Sufficient transport money to and from Kaduna.
Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to these requirements and ensure they are adequately prepared for the interview process.
