In Nigeria, the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination is administered by the National Examinations Council, or NECO, additionally in June/July and December/January, respectively, for the General Certificate in Education.For your convenience, we have put together a list of some frequently asked questions and their responses.

The Federal Government's response culminated in the National Examinations Council (NECO) being established in April 1999.
