Who Can Apply?
Both serving military members and civilians are eligible to apply for free. However, only active military personnel sponsored by any of the Nigerian Armed Forces’ services to attend civil institutions will be considered.
Is the Nigerian Army Recruitment Application Form Out?

Requirements and Qualifications:
To qualify for the Nigerian Army, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Nigerian citizenship with a valid national ID card.
2. Minimum of five credit passes in core subjects (including Mathematics and English Language) in not more than two sittings from WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB certificates.
3. Tradespeople should possess OND, Trade Test certificate, or City and Guild certificate.
4. Age range: 18 – 26 years at the time of application.
5. Minimum height of 1.68 m for males and 1.62 m for females.
6. Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc, BA, B.Ed, B.Sc (Hons), HND, or equivalents) in any relevant discipline.
7. Age Requirement: Minimum Age: 20, Maximum Age: 40.
8. Age Requirement for Tradesmen and Women: Minimum Age: 22; Maximum Age: 26.
