- Identify Critical Infrastructure: Select and assess vital infrastructure in their chosen state, focusing on one or more of the specified areas.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the NITDA Digital Nigeria Innovation Challenge, participants must:
- Be Nigerian Citizens: Participants must have valid identification (National ID, Voter’s Card, International Passport, or Driver’s License).
- Be at Least 18 Years Old: Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
- Form Teams of 2 to 5 Members: Teams should include members with a mix of technical and non-technical backgrounds to encourage diverse problem-solving.
- Participate as a Team: Only team entries are accepted; individual submissions are not permitted.
