- Bachelor's Degree (First Class/Second Class Upper Division)

- Academic Background: Graduated from an accredited university/polytechnic/mono-technic not earlier than 2019.
- Experience: Must have completed NYSC.
- Age: Not more than 28 years as of December 31, 2024.
