- In keeping with its commitment to corporate social responsibility, the NNPC/NAOC/OANDO Joint Venture is inviting eligible candidates to apply for its 2024 Tertiary Scholarship Program.

In order to be eligible for review, candidates MUST be:
undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions who are enrolled full-time and certified 100 level students at the time of application.
Observation:
The aptitude exam will be held at specified locations, which will be announced to candidates later.
The entire expense of transportation to and from the aptitude test locations is the applicant's responsibility.
Only those who have been shortlisted will be called to take the aptitude test.
Candidates who received a score on the aptitude test of less than 50% overall would not be given consideration.
Every candidate who takes part will have their aptitude test results posted on the notice board at every one of our sites.

200 level students and above
- Beneficiaries of current awards of a comparable nature from other companies and agencies NAOC/NAE/AENR/NACPFA dependents
- Applications for the Host Communities Merit Award should only be submitted by natives of the NAOC Host/Transit Communities in the states of Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, and Imo.
- The National Merit Award is only open to applicants majoring in engineering, geology, geosciences, or agricultural sciences.
Only students at the 100-level are eligible to apply.
1. Make sure you have scanned copies of the following documents before beginning this application.
A passport photo (450 pixels by 450 pixels, no larger than 200 kb) with a white background that is no older than six months
Identification card for school, O-level certificate, letter of admission, birth certificate, and proof of local government area of origin
Letter from Community Paramount Ruler (Reservations Closed to Host Communities Merit Award Recipients Only)
Only applicants for the Host Communities Merit Award will get a letter from the CDC Chairman.

3. To activate your account, go to your email box.
4. To access the Scholarship website, click on https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/naocscholarship2023.
5. To upload your data, enter your password and registered email address.
6. Fill up your personal data, educational background, National Identity Number (if applicable), and submit the necessary scanned documents.
7. Verify that the names on the application and all supporting documents correspond in the same sequence. If not, upload a sworn certificate or affidavit.
8. To ensure that uploading errors are eliminated, make sure you view every document after uploading.
9. If you are requested to upload a photo, it is best to choose one from your passport that has a white backdrop.
10. Verify application details again to prevent mistakes
11. Select "Apply Now" to send in your details.
12. A confirmation email and SMS that your application was accepted will be sent to you.
13. Visit www.scholastica.ng again, download your profile, and have your head of department sign the paperwork by entering your email address and password.
14. To ensure verification, upload a scanned copy of the signed profile.
15. In the event that step 6 does not yield your National Identification Number (NIN), you can still receive it here.
- To register and find out more about the National Identity Number, go to http://ninenrol.gov.ng.
- After selecting "Create Account," fill out the necessary fields.
- To finish the form, log in using your email address and password.
- Once finished, set up a time to have your fingerprints and photo taken.
- To finish the registration process and get your National Identity Number, go to any of the capture centers at https://www.nimc.gov.ng/?q=nin-registration-centres.
- Additionally, you can complete your entire registration at NIMC office
- Visit https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/naocscholarship2023 again and make sure the application is completed by updating it with the National Identification Number (NIN).
Note: Submitting multiple applications will result in the Scholarship Board disqualifying you.
It is not necessary to obtain a NIN in order to finish your application.
