All Nigerian graduates from universities and polytechnics, both local and international, are informed that the NYSC registration portal will be open from June 8, 2024, for the 2023 Batch “B” mobilization. The registration deadline is June 10, 2024.

Registration Information

Locally-Trained Graduates

  • Upload clear passport photos and accurate personal details.
  • Apply for corrections via your dashboard if necessary.

Part-Time Graduates

  • Register online to print your Exclusion Letter when applicable.

Foreign-Trained Graduates

  • Upload original documents and thumbprint in Nigeria.
  • Present original documents for physical verification.

Proxies & Fakes

  • No thumbprints by proxy.
  • Fake documents lead to demobilization and decampment.

Health & Pregnancy

  • Registration is not ideal for pregnant/nursing mothers or those with serious health challenges. Indicate your health status during registration.

  • Cyber Café Operators should not charge more than N2,000 for services.

Tips for Locally-Trained Graduates

  • A National Identification Number (NIN) is required.
  • For first-time registration, click “Fresh Registration.” For revalidation, click “Revalidation.”
  • If you previously registered but didn’t complete, click “Login Here.”
  • Use a webcam for facial capture; ensure a clear, well-dressed passport photo.
  • Personal details (DOB, graduation date, and course) on your Certificate of National Service and Exemption Certificate are unchangeable post-camp registration.
  • Apply for corrections via your dashboard if needed.
  • Indicate if you’re serving in the Armed Forces, upload valid documents.
  • Married female PCMs should upload marital documents.
  • Indicate any disabilities and health challenges during registration.

Registration Steps:

  1. First-Time Registration: Click on "Registration for Mobilization 2024 Batch ‘B’."
  2. Continuing Registration: If you previously registered but did not complete it, click "Login Here" using your previous username and password.
  3. Revalidation: If you were mobilized in previous batches but could not proceed to the orientation camp, click on the "Revalidation" link to re-validate your registration.

Registration Guidelines for Prospective Corps Members (PCMs):

  • Contact Information: Ensure you have a functional e-mail address and Nigerian (GSM) phone number for registration, to be maintained throughout the service year.
  • Matriculation Numbers: Locally-trained PCMs should use correct matriculation numbers to register.
  • Verification: Only those whose names appear on the Senate/Academic Board Approved Result lists submitted by their institutions can register.
  • Accreditation: Foreign-trained PCMs must ensure their institutions are accredited. Verify with the Federal Ministry of Education if unsure.

Document Requirements for Foreign-Trained Graduates:

  • Required Documents:
    • WASC, GCE O’ Level, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent with at least 5 credits at 2 sittings.
    • High School Diploma (for USA graduates) or equivalent.
    • Complete official transcript of the First Degree or HND program.
    • International passport showing personal data, visa to the country of study, first departure date, and arrival date in Nigeria.
  • Dual Nationalities: Upload personal data pages of both passports and present them for physical verification at the camp.
  • Non-English Documents: Translate certificates and transcripts into English before uploading and present translated documents for physical verification.
  • Professional Registration: Graduates of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Optometry, Medical Laboratory Science, and Pharmacy must have certificates of registration with their professional bodies (payment receipts not acceptable).

Key Instructions:

  • Physical Verification: Foreign-trained graduates must undergo physical verification at orientation camps, not at NYSC Headquarters in Abuja.
  • Passport Photos: Ensure passport photos meet specified requirements (clear face, no shadow, white/off-white background).
  • No Proxy Registration: Biometric capturing must be done personally. Remember the fingers used for capturing as they will be used for verification at the camps.
  • Payment for Call-Up Letters: Those who want call-up numbers sent via SMS and wish to print call-up letters online must pay N3,000. Those who do not pay can collect these from their schools.
  • Revalidation: Previously mobilized PCMs who were not called up should revalidate their registration online without paying again.
  • Married Female PCMs: Upload marriage certificates, evidence of name change, and husband’s domicile location.
  • Health Conditions: Indicate any serious health conditions for concessional deployment.
