Job Title: Office Assistant
- Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:
- Assist in general administrative duties including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings for staff and executives.
- Ensure efficient coordination of office activities and effective communication within the team.

Communication:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence such as phone calls, emails, and physical mail, ensuring that inquiries are responded to promptly and accurately.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Filing and Documentation:
- Establish and maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and follow proper filing protocols.

Staff Support:
- Provide support to team members and departments as needed, helping to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
- Assist with tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Document Handling:
- Prepare, edit, and distribute various types of documents, reports, and official correspondence.
- Ensure that all documents are formatted correctly and are error-free before distribution.

Data Management:
- Organize and update databases, spreadsheets, and records with accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and replenished when necessary.

Other Tasks:
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor to meet the evolving needs of the company.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent. Higher qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary
- N50,000 - N70,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
