Job Summary
As a Procurement Officer, you will oversee and manage Ardova Plc’s purchasing activities, ensuring the acquisition of cost-effective, high-quality products and services that align with our business goals.
Job Details
- Supplier Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate them, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date centralized supplier/vendor/contracts database (SVC) within the ERP system.
- Procure to Pay Process: Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for approved purchase requisitions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, industry changes, and regulatory requirements to guide procurement decisions.
- Cost Savings: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Social Science, Supply Chain and Logistics, or related field.
- Experience in Agreement Management and Agreement Preparation.
- Knowledge of Vendor Management, Supplier Assessment, and Selection.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems with a focus on Procurement.
- Professional certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Global Sourcing, and Procurement Process Development.
