Key Responsibilities
As an Online Marketer and Content Creator at PTWorld, you will play an essential role in shaping our online presence and connecting with customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation
You will create engaging content using PTWorld’s products and services, including writing product descriptions, social media posts, blogs, and promotional material. Collaboration with different departments will be key to ensuring that our social media and marketing materials align with the brand’s message. -
Social Media Management
Regularly updating PTWorld's social media profiles and online platforms with information about our products, services, and promotions. You will ensure our online presence is active, engaging, and reflective of our brand values. -
Customer Interaction
Acting as an online sales representative, you will handle customer inquiries, sales, and follow-ups. You will also manage customer data, including sales and repair dates, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with both customers and staff. -
Customer Success Management
Taking charge of post-purchase customer satisfaction by following up with clients to ensure they are happy with their purchases. This will be done using PTWorld’s Customer Success Calendar. -
Team Collaboration and Meeting Coordination
Organizing and documenting PTWorld meetings, ensuring that goals are tracked, and action points are followed through. You will work with the team to coordinate events, including promotional campaigns like PTWorld's Day. -
Content Editing and Proofreading
You will be responsible for editing and proofreading all written content to maintain a high standard of quality before it is published or shared.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: HND/B.Sc in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of work experience as a Content Creator.
- Skills: Strong writing and editing skills in English. Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail.
- Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Location: Applicants must reside within the following areas: Oshodi, Agege, Ikeja, Iyana Ipaja, Abule Egba, or Oregun.
