Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute logistics projects for clients, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
• Engage in constant communication with clients, providing updates, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement operational strategies aimed at improving service delivery.
• Stay adaptable and open to learning new ideas, tools, and concepts to enhance the logistics industry.
• Ensure accountability and transparency in all actions and operations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Higher National Diploma (BSc/HND) in Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Mass Communication.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a leasing or vehicle rental company.
• Exceptional skills in the use of computer systems and proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and effective communication.
• A proactive, outspoken individual who is comfortable engaging with clients and providing leadership in a team environment.
• A strong desire to learn and adapt quickly within the logistics and leasing sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team while being accountable for individual contributions.

Salary
