Fidson Healthcare Plc, an esteemed indigenous pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Order Processing Officer

Location: Obanikoro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Order Management:

  • Receive, register, and analyze customer orders for accurate forecasting and product dispatch.
  • Dispatch sales orders on the system, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Generate waybills and invoices for customers directly from the depot.
  • Issue stocks to customers from the depot, maintaining meticulous records.

• Logistics and Distribution:

  • Conduct route analysis to optimize product dispatch routes.
  • Ensure accuracy in loading and distributing products from the depot to all customers.
  • Perform weekly stock count exercises and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Accurately file logistics and supply chain activity documents within the depot.

• Customer Support and Communication:

  • Attend to customer complaints and provide necessary information for resolution.
  • Generate invoices for dispatched products and ensure prompt delivery to customers.
  • Receipt and proper storage of products into the depot, maintaining inventory integrity.

• General Duties:

  • Order picking in the depot.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned by the Depot Manager or Depot Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Education:

  • HND / B.Sc in Statistics, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any Natural Science discipline.

• Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience in a similar role.

• Required Competency and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with supply chain management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
