Job Title: Order Processor

Location: Yaba, Lagos (This is not a remote position)
Accommodation: Staff hostel available for qualified candidates
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: N70,000 - N100,000 per month (Competitive and based on experience)

About the Role

We’re seeking disciplined, hardworking, and proactive individuals who will excel in customer engagement, sales, and operational processes. At Vitalvida, you will go beyond your defined job description to ensure the company achieves its goals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Follow up on orders to guarantee successful delivery.
  • Resolve issues with delivery agents and customers promptly and efficiently.

Sales and Order Management

  • Record customer orders accurately in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to negotiate rates and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assign orders to delivery agents, monitor progress, and track successful deliveries.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.

Operational Support

  • Provide assistance to other team members whenever needed.
  • Take ownership of problems and find solutions, even outside your immediate responsibilities.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Reporting and Accountability

  • Prepare and submit daily sales and end-of-day reports.
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively address challenges.

Daily Expectations and Performance Targets

  • Close a minimum of 40 sales daily or handle 60 customer inquiries.
  • Achieve daily KPIs to qualify for performance bonuses and quarterly rewards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of initiative and ability to self-manage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

What You Will Learn and Do in Your First 30 Days

Day 1:

  • Comprehensive training on CRM tools and customer interaction.

Weeks 1–2:

  • Conduct daily audits and master your responsibilities.
  • Begin handling customer orders and inquiries with accountability.

Probation Policy: Failure to meet expectations within the probation period will result in termination.
