Role Overview

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our client's business objectives. Your proactive and research-driven approach will be key to driving revenue growth and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in partnership management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Identification: Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Negotiation & Management: Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, contracts, and memorandums of understanding (MOUs) to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful strategic partnerships.
  • Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities, attention to detail, strategic and creative thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently, make informed decisions quickly, and meet deadlines effectively.

Compensation

  • Salary: USD 300 per month, plus commission and benefits.
