Position: People and Culture Assistant (Talent Management) Location: Ibadan, Oyo Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Generate People and Culture monthly reports in collaboration with various units.
- Assist in proofreading documents and preparing employee surveys.
- Handle administrative tasks for talent management projects.
- Provide client services including visa support and resolving staff inquiries.
- Support People and Culture-led events and initiatives, fostering gender equity and diversity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve strategic people management goals.
- Undertake other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or humanities.
- Minimum of two years of experience in HR operations or administrative support.
- Associate or student membership in a people management professional body is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws is preferred.
