Job Summary
As the Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating events, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Organize and manage the Branch Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain exceptional service standards.

Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as email management, data entry, and filing.

Confidentiality: Maintain discretion while handling sensitive information.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with other duties as required by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role.
